3. No charges for choice of Transcript format: Clients can request to receive the final transcript in any or all of the current popular formats. Some of these are Microsoft Word, both .Doc and .DocX format, PDF format, .Txt file etc.
4. Revisions at no extra cost: Customers can request for changes in the transcript such as formatting requests at no extra cost.
